Schematic design, PCB layout and component selection for custom hardware. We design for the real world — taking into account how the board will be manufactured, what environment it will operate in, and how it will be maintained and supported over time.
The code that runs on the hardware. Whether it's a simple microcontroller or something more complex, we develop firmware that is reliable, maintainable and documented — so the product doesn't become dependent on one person to keep it running.
A working prototype before committing to production. This is where ideas meet reality — we build something you can hold, test and evaluate. Prototypes often reveal things that look fine on paper but need adjustment before going further, and that's exactly the point of them.
The electronics need to live inside something practical. We handle enclosure design and specification — whether that's adapting an off-the-shelf housing or designing a custom enclosure — so the finished product is suitable for its environment and straightforward to use.
From a handful of units to small production runs — we manage manufacture once the design is proven. Not everything needs to scale to thousands of units, and we're set up to support products that need to be made in smaller quantities without the economics falling apart.
Products need support after they're built — component availability changes, software needs updating, requirements evolve. We stay involved after delivery so you're not left with a product you can't maintain or develop further.
